We are looking for a lively and practical graduate to join our small, dynamic team based in a rural office south of Stratford-upon-Avon involved in the refurbishment, letting and management of office blocks in the Midlands. We currently own 14 office buildings with c60 business tenants.  You will be involved in all aspects of the business so will be working in the office as well as managing projects at our buildings.  A hands-on can-do approach is essential! You will be primarily working for John Roberts who is 34 and a qualified surveyor.  We are an ambitious, fast moving and successful privately owned family business with a track record stretching back more than 30 years.

Clean driving licence.  The job requires full time working in the office or on sites and cannot be done from home.  From time to time you will need to assist with/manage on site our office refurbishments so someone who is practical, with initiative, who enjoys a physical challenge and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty is what we need.  The will also be negotiating prices, placing orders and managing sub contractors on site so confidence, good interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial flair are required.
