Great opportunity for two enthusiastic, hardworking candidates to assist on our family farm F Craven & Sons Ltd in South Lincolnshire growing potatoes, wheat, vining peas and daffodil bulbs between August and November 2024.

At the very least, we are looking for two potato cart drivers from late August until early November. There would be a job for one of the two from late June. Either June-November or August-November are the perfect options for someone who has just finished studying at University, maybe wanting to earn some money before travelling abroad.

Description:

- During this period we will be harvesting potatoes so work will consist mainly of carting produce from the field to the yard
- Experience of John Deere and Fendt tractors is desirable; however, full training will be provided to enable you to become an integral part of the team
- Excellent rates of pay and accommodation provided.
- Home cooked suppers provided on harvest ‘days.

Details:

- Applicants who can start work in June may join us before the potato harvest begins.
- June: carting daffodil bulbs between the yard and the field and irrigation.
- July: daffodil bulbs and irrigation and corn carting.
- August: potato irrigation, corn carting and some land work.
- September-November: carting potatoes between the field and yard.
- Full U.K. driving licence required!
