Lord Rayleigh’s Farms Ltd a progressive 2800ha arable farming estate based just north of Chelmsford requires capable and self-motivated harvest workers who are willing to do plenty of overtime work, to assist in the harvesting of combinable and root crops and carry out cultivation work.
Requirements
A full driving licence must be held for these positions. Tractor and machinery operation experience would be preferred but not essential, training may be provided.
