THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Graduate Surveyor for Newton LDP, you will provide support predominantly to the Directors of the business, whilst acting with integrity to uphold the mission statement and core values that are fundamental to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide support to the Directors of Newton LDP to service clients in most efficient and cost-effective manner.
-Help grow the profile of the business and you personally.
-Work towards your APC to become a Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor.
-Uphold professional standards in accordance with RICS and complete all tasks to a high professional standard and in a timely fashion.
-Take the lead on site identification and mapping to create new business opportunities.
-Carry out research applicable to the markets that we operate in.
-Undertake all necessary training and continued professional development.
-Liaising with our Central Group team to provide a link between them and the Directors.
-Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
