We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Co‑ordinator – Trainee to support data management, reporting, and stock flow across our global supply chain. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop strong supply chain foundations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is based in Cirencester

What you’ll do:

  • Support ERP system, dashboard, and reporting development.
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery trends using Excel.
  • Review MRP messages and stock reports to prevent supply issues or overstocking.
  • Identify potential part shortages and escalate where needed.
  • Maintain supply chain dashboards and support new system adoption.
  • Provide data analysis for stock levels, sales trends, and availability reporting.
  • Support weekly Global Supply vs Demand reporting.
  • Help manage stock intake and suggest process improvements.
  • Monitor stock health within the UK GDC.

About You

  • Confident using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail key.
  • Self‑motivated, accountable, and customer‑focused.
  • A supportive team player with a willingness to learn.
