We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Co‑ordinator – Trainee to support data management, reporting, and stock flow across our global supply chain. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop strong supply chain foundations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is based in Cirencester
What you’ll do:
- Support ERP system, dashboard, and reporting development.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery trends using Excel.
- Review MRP messages and stock reports to prevent supply issues or overstocking.
- Identify potential part shortages and escalate where needed.
- Maintain supply chain dashboards and support new system adoption.
- Provide data analysis for stock levels, sales trends, and availability reporting.
- Support weekly Global Supply vs Demand reporting.
- Help manage stock intake and suggest process improvements.
- Monitor stock health within the UK GDC.
About You
- Confident using MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail key.
- Self‑motivated, accountable, and customer‑focused.
- A supportive team player with a willingness to learn.
