Rein and Shine is a large riding school in Wiltshire. We are professional, customer-centric, supportive, and our goal is to continue to expand our riding centre where we have high demand for your skills. We are wiling to train junior instructors and take on experienced instructors. We offer an annual profit share scheme, flexible working times to suit you from Monday to Sunday. Our customers are used to continued progression from beginner through to show jumping , cross country and dressage skills as well SEN persons.

Requirements:

• A passion for teaching and equestrian education.
• Experience with dressage, event planning, horse training and other equestrian activities is an advantage but not essential.
• A passion for working with young people.
• Experience with working with young people on a daily basis but not essential.
• A commitment to working in a team environment.
• A commitment to working with all levels of age and ability.
• A commitment to working in a safe environment.
• Good at getting instructions across.
• Good rider.
• Locally based.
• Previous instructor experience/Level1 riding instructor qualification but not essential.

Training will be provided to gain a riding instructor qualification, however there may be expenses you are liable to pay for. Furthermore, there is no guaranteed position at the end of your training. Finally, the role is open to be done on a part-time or full-time basis.
