MDS provides a graduate scheme with a difference for the future leaders of the food and fresh produce industry.
MDS is a partnership of companies that aims to equip young people with the experience, training and mind-set so that they have the confidence and ability to rapidly become senior business leaders within the industry.
The membership includes growers, suppliers and retailers of vegetables, salads, meat products and agrochemicals as well as agronomy specialists.
Our graduate scheme is unique in that it provides graduates with the experience of four roles of real responsibility in four different businesses as well as a L5 Leadership and Management apprenticeship qualification, accredited by the Chartered Management institute and developed with the industry in mind. Intakes are in April and September of each year and applications are accepted all year round.
