Purpose of role:

To provide a structured 12-month placement within Livetec’s Livestock Protect Services team, combining practical, farm-facing experience with support across biosecurity, client, digital, training and operational activities.

What you’ll do

· Support the Biosecurity and Key Accounts team with client preparation, meeting coordination, follow-up actions and record keeping.

· Join experienced Biosecurity Advisors on farm visits and assist with site information, biosecurity plans, reports and practical recommendations.

· Research livestock health, disease risks, legislation and industry guidance, summarising findings for the wider team.

· Support our Livestock Protect digital platform through data entry, record checking, user support and feedback gathering.

· Assist with training, webinars, agricultural events and the preparation of presentations and supporting materials.

· Work with the Operations team during the busy season to gain supervised on-farm experience of emergency response and avian influenza depopulation.

· Take an active role in placement objectives, development reviews and cross-functional projects.
