About The Role:

We are trialling a permanent retail shop as part of the launch of a set of community focused businesses starting up in the old House of Fraser building in the centre of Cirencester. The trial will be for an initial 7 week period in the lead up to Christmas but if successful we hope to continue it on a more permanent basis next year.

We are looking for someone to lead this retail trial with an in store presence working with one or possibly two retail assistants. Our retail offer is new, exciting and different and we need a creative, commercially-minded person to help deliver it. Joining us at the start of our journey means that there are very real career progression opportunities for the right individual.

As store leader for Different Kind you will be passionate about our products, the producers and their stories and about creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Initially a fixed term full time position starting on 28th October 2024 and finishing on 14th December 2024

We are paying £2,500 per month for a 40 hours/week full time role, but will consider applicants wanting fewer hours

5-7 hour shifts during a working day. You will be responsible for organising the rota to provide sufficient cover during opening hours. Opening hours to be finalised.
