We have an exciting opportunity for a self motivated and ambitious individual to join a small team on a pasture based Autumn block calving dairy farm in South Devon. We are milking 400 xbred cows through a 44 point Milfos rotary. The farm is in its fourth season so all the facilities are modern and very efficient.

We have a happy and social team and encourage participation in discussion groups and support everyone in career progression.

We are looking for someone who can work independently but also within a team. We aim to complete work to a high standard in a positive, friendly working environment. Maintaining a tight calving block and maximising the potential of our grazing platform are two of the many key areas the successful applicant would be involved in.

Applicant must have some agricultural experience, but further training can be provided. Driving licence is required.

Pay will be dependent on experience but will not be a limiting factor.

Accommodation available on site or alternatively a short drive away on a support farm.
