TAP (The Ad Plain) is a leading Agri specialist (crop protection and environmental science) award winning marketing and social media agency based in Oxfordshire and Madrid. We have a friendly team of 17 in the UK and 4 in Spain. TAP has been B Corp accredited since 2023.

We have an opening for a Graduate Account Executive to commence Summer 2026 with the following interests and skillsets:

• A solid knowledge of agriculture (arable or livestock, or both). Machinery knowledge a bonus.
• Big interest in food production
• Good communicator both spoken and written
• A good understanding of most of the main social media platforms (X, Insta, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Self-starter for hybrid working (this is completely flexible based on your location and preferences)
• Efficient, accurate and a good understanding of usual computer applications like excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
• Interest in sustainable farming

The successful applicant will be mentored by and work in a team that has earnt a strong reputation with some of the world’s leading agricultural businesses including Bayer, Syngenta, Adama and Corteva.

Starting salary is £25,000 pa with 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
