Applicants must be enthusiastic and passionate about growing a diverse range of veg in an organic, no-dig system to supply our small farm shop and the local community all year round. Previous experience would be helpful but not essential but a positive attitude, good communication and organisational skills are very important. We are a small friendly team who work very hard but also
like to laugh. Lower Hampen Farm is a nature friendly, regenerative mixed farm with rare breed sheep, native cattle and pigs, hens plus arable land growing heritage grains to supply our small bakery and café as well as local bakers. We work closely with many wildlife and agroecology organisations to increase biodiversity and improve soils.
