Tayler & Fletcher Ltd is a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Property Consultants, and Auctioneers, offering clients advice on residential, rural, and commercial property. There is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team based in Stow on the Wold in the North Cotswolds.

The Commercial Team deals with a wide range of properties and transactions, including retail agency, investment, development consultancy, development land, and professional valuations across the North Cotswolds and beyond.

Qualifications required:
• Commercial Surveying/Property Experience Preferable
• Candidates should hold an appropriate degree, or equivalent, and be motivated to work towards a
professional qualification (RICS).

Skills required:
A good knowledge of property, you will be self-motivated, flexible and able to use your initiative. You will
be able to work unsupervised but be a team player where everyone pulls together at busy times. We expect
you to be a confident communicator with our clients. A good understanding of IT would be favourable. The
candidate will require a full driving licence
