Overview of Role
We are seeking aspiring Commercial Surveyors with a RICS accredited degree who are interested in starting their APC which would be fully supported to join our established commercial property teams. The firm offers a structured training programme to enable graduates to complete any relevant chartered or professional qualifications including the APC. We are looking for team players who are highly motivated and want to excel. We want to recruit graduates who possess the energy and passion to succeed. Commercial Surveyor Graduates at Brown&Co have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of work such as, Valuations, Agency Services and Professional services.
Requirements
• Relevant degree or above
• Willingness to work towards professional qualifications, especially APC/ MRICS
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Capable of working in a team
