Who we are looking for
You’ll have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in insurance or financial services is desirable, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
You must also have existing equine experience or a strong passion for horses and the equestrian world—whether through previous work or as a hobby.
It is highly desirable for you to have:
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in insurance
- Experience handling client escalations and complex queries
- Ability to train and support colleagues
