Requirements

We are seeking a motivated graduate with a positive attitude, willingness to work within a small exciting team and to contribute to the growth of the business. The role includes planning and development work, valuation, compensation claims, a range of tenancy and farming agreements, stewardship grant applications, commercial property management and general property advice primarily in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and occasionally further afield. The planning work includes strategic land promotion, commercial development, waste applications, barn conversion schemes and rural business and farm diversification projects.

The successful candidate will work alongside the already established team but also be motivated to bring in new ideas and skills.
