We’re looking for an enthusiastic Agriculture Audit Manager to lead a team of Assessors and play a key role in ensuring high standards across Agricultural Assurance Schemes. You’ll be at the forefront of assessments on farms, covering Arable, Produce, and Livestock sectors, ensuring compliance with
documented procedures. A key part of your role will be actively mentoring and training Assessors, ensuring their ongoing development and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hands-on farm experience, and knowledge within a diverse range of farm enterprises
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and patiently with both farmers and colleagues, ensuring clarity and understanding
• A highly enthusiastic and energetic individual, driven by a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for improving industry standards NSF Confidential
• Proven ability to manage conflict and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and calm
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Competent in general IT skills, with the ability to adapt to various software tools
• Travel is required to sites that are accessible by car, so a full UK driving license is required
• NVQ Level 3 in an agricultural-related subject is preferred, though not essential.
• Lead Assessor course certification and Level 3 HACCP are preferred, but not essential.
• Previous auditing or training experience is a plus, though not a requirement.
• Management experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
