We are looking for a motivated and capable Agricultural Worker to join a progressive and open-minded farming business based in the Cotswolds (GL6).

We are a growing enterprise running approximately 500 acres, with a clear focus on producing exceptional quality beef. Alongside our cattle herd, we also run a small flock of North Country Mule sheep.

This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business with high standards and a passion for livestock and land management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with livestock, especially cattle, preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good animal husbandry skills
• Practical, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
• Competent with tractor operations
• Full UK driving licence (tractor licence desirable)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
