Person Specification
Essential
RICS-accredited degree in Rural Land Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline

Eligibility to enrol on the RICS APC pathway
Strong interest in rural property and land-based issues
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organised, proactive, and keen to learn

Desirable
Previous placement or graduate experience in rural surveying or estate management
Knowledge of agricultural tenancies and rural valuation principles
Understanding of the UK rural property market
