GO.FARM is an Australian based agricultural investor and asset manager that operates a variety of farms at scale growing traditional arable winter crops, summer crops (corn & tomatoes), horticulture (almonds, mandarins & olives) and cool climate wine grapes in southern Australia.

Our Graduate Programs offer a hands-on introduction to the agriculture industry and an opportunity to enrich knowledge through exposure to our class-leading projects.

GO.FARM’s next Graduate Program starts in January 2026 offering 2 options:

• Agribusiness: Over 18 months, participants will split their time between one of GO.FARM’s farming projects and our Melbourne Farm Hub. Our Agribusiness Program provides hands-on farm experience, followed by office-based exposure to key areas like investment, finance, accounts, communications, research, and HR. This immersive approach builds a strong foundation in agribusiness operations.
• Farmland: Participants will spend 12 months at one of GO.FARM’s transformational farming projects. Our Farmland program offers hands-on experience in farming operations, office-based business and safety protocols, working within a dynamic team to develop key skills and industry relationships.
