Our volunteering programme for Royal Windsor Horse Show 2025 is now open!

Royal Windsor Horse Show is back in its usual slot for 2025 – taking place from 15th to 18th May. Alongside the top-class equestrian competition in Jumping, Driving and Endurance, and the 120-plus Showing classes, visitors can enjoy plenty of other entertainment and more than 170 shops to browse.

We have an army of volunteers who work with us at Royal Windsor Horse Show. Many of them have been returning year on year and have become great friends.
Our volunteers do everything from seating stewards to gate keepers to poo pickers. If you would like to join this fantastic team of individuals for the 2025 Show, please click the button below.

The Windsor volunteer programme is run by the organiser of the Royal Windsor Horse Show, The HPower Group. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

We ask our volunteers to help at a number of positions across the Showground; these might be at horse-crossing points, greeting the public, working in the stables area, or stewarding at the Endurance competition, amongst many more. Our volunteers are important to us – they are often the first face that the public sees – and we strive to make their role at the Show as enjoyable for them as possible.
