We are seeking a Trials Assistant to join our team, in further developing the exciting and rapidly expanding potato, sugar beet and vegetable trials development work.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the design and layout of trials across East Anglia and the East Midlands.
• Supporting both the preparation and application of inputs.
• Monitor and record the effects of inputs through regular assessments.
• Assisting in the analysis of results and report writing.

The successful candidate:

• Will be practical, willing, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Will have previous experience or knowledge of agriculture.
• Can demonstrate initiative and support sound decision-making.
• Will have excellent attention to detail.
• Will be prepared at times to work longer days and occasionally weekends when needed.
• Will hold a clean driving licence.

Possessing PA1 and PA6 qualifications is advantageous for this role, but not essential as we will provide full training.

This is a home-based role, but you must reside within a commutable travelling distance to Boston, Lincolnshire, as regular travel to our depot will be required.
