 Excellent organisational skills
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Good IT skills to apply to other packages other than those above
 Excellent attention to detail and telephone manner
 Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
 Ability to multitask, manage conflicting demands and workloads
 Flexible and willing to learn

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
 Cognate degree
 Experience of a professional Service Firm environment
 Understanding of land and property in relation to APC competencies
