GSC Grays are a multi-disciplinary professional service firm covering the North of England. Our Chartered Surveyors, Farm Business Consultants, Planning and Development Professionals, Valuers, Environmental Specialists and Estate Agents provide a full range of services for our rural client base.

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking to recruit Rural Practice Surveyors to join our Estate, Farms and Land Departments at our offices in Alnwick, Barnard Castle, Boroughbridge, Chester-le-Street, Colburn, Driffield and Kirkby Lonsdale.

THE ROLE

The roles will be to work as part of a dynamic team and will require someone who is hard working and personable. You must be comfortable with a relatively high degree of autonomy and capable of completing work on time and to the highest of standards. The opportunities offer a mix of challenging and rewarding professional work on behalf of private clients which will encompass a broad range of competencies.

The successful candidates will be involved in the management of a diverse portfolio of rural estates as well as undertaking general professional work. The roles provide experience in property management, landlord & tenant, valuation, land use & diversification, agriculture, forestry, access & rights of way, and purchase & sale.
