Andersons Midlands LLP provides independent business advice to a wide range of farming throughout the UK. Andersons Midlands LLP have offices in Salisbury, Hereford and Leicester and due to increasing demand for our advice we are looking to expand our Salisbury Team.

Role Overview

You will be working as part of our team to support clients across the South and South-West of England.
This opportunity will encompass a variety of work, from providing farm business advice to assisting with grants and environmental schemes. As the successful candidate you can expect a balance of being out on farm, home and office based.

This is a full-time role, but you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours to make the role suit you. Remuneration will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and your drive, vision and personal ambition will be the only limit to your future success.

As well as support from the network of Andersons Consultants, you’ll have access to a bespoke Andersons Training Programme, including a range of courses, attendance at conferences and some opportunity for travel.

Key Skills & Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have an agricultural or business-related qualification, but as a minimum English & Maths GCSE (grade 4 or above). Practical agricultural experience is preferred but will not be a limiting factor. A full UK driving license is essential.
