We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical & Quality Systems Coordinator to join our Operations team at Harpers Feeds, a leading family-owned manufacturer of high quality animal feed delivering to trade and farm customers throughout the South West.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting product quality, technical operations, and formulation processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical and product support to internal teams, customers, and feed specialists
• Ensure product quality through accurate testing and data analysis
• Maintain compliance as part of the audit team
• Manage formulations, product setup, and labelling in line with current legislation
• Support sustainability initiatives and liaise with suppliers and customers
About You
• Agricultural / Science qualification (desirable)
• Background in agriculture (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office/Outlook)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise workload
