How to Apply

BCM are delighted to offer a student the opportunity of a paid internship within our growing rural consultancy practice, operating throughout Hampshire and surrounding counties. Here at BCM we undertake a wide range of rural professional work within our core disciplines: rural asset management,
sales and purchases, lettings, architecture and design and planning.

As a rural intern, you will get fully involved with all types of work within our rural department. A typical day might comprise an on-site visit to a farm or estate, assisting with current land sales and purchases, preparing valuation reports, particulars and anything else that is thrown at the team!

We are looking for a student who is enrolled on an undergraduate or part-time post graduate RICS accredited course. You will need to be well organised, flexible, a good team player and have the ability to work to deadlines.

You will become fully involved in a dynamic, enthusiastic and friendly team, giving you an excellent insight into life as a graduate rural surveyor. This opportunity is a fantastic way to demonstrate your capabilities and gain valuable experience in advance of your final year at University.

The successful intern will be paid £750 gross per month and commence in June / July 2023. The internship is a 6 - 8 week placement with a flexible start date and we could consider a longer period if appropriate. Arranging your own transport is essential and office hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
