It is a tailored 3 year programme, in a commercially focused environment, with your own personal mentor, offering the exciting prospect of becoming involved in day to day operations right from the start. Initially learning everything there is to know about our products, you will then put that knowledge to good use, shadowing our regional sales teams, working on sales campaigns, completing branch placements and seeing how the business grows.
Commercially aware and with a genuine desire to develop and progress, you will relish the chance to work in a results-driven, sales led environment, where everyone plays a part. Ideally tenacious by nature, we are looking for excellent communicators and relationship builders, who are great with people, capable of working across different teams and expecting a good degree in any subject area. However, of equal importance, will be a willingness to take on each opportunity that comes your way and consistently challenge yourself to be the best you can be.
