We offer a wide range of services, including estate management, farm agency, rural lettings, valuations, compensation schemes, grant schemes, estate agency, commercial agency, auctioneering, and various other professional services to our large local community.

Our existing rural graduate passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) earlier this year and is set to take her CAAV Exams this Autumn. Each year, we host a placement student from Harper Adams University, ensuring we are well-versed in the requirements for the APC and are ready to guide you through the process. We have employed a number of younger surveyors over the last few years and are excited to grow the team further.

You will support in all matters that may affect landowners, farmers, landlords and tenants and so there is the potential to obtain a broad experience in a wide range of work including private client management matters such as grant applications, creating and helping with compensation claims, agricultural and residential lettings, farm and land sales and RICS valuation research as well as estate management with ourselves assisting in the
management of traditional estates with many let cottages. In addition to rural professional work at times there may also be opportunities to assist or gain experience in the residential sales and our commercial property department.

The successful candidate should:
