About the Milling Placement
This 12-month university placement at Crown Farms with their offices based in Kenninghall and farms across Norfolk and Suffolk, is designed to
give you in-depth exposure to the world of Poultry Farming operations. You will gain experience in all the key operations, from farming
production, covering our Hatchery, innovative Nestborn technology, Breeder and Broiler operations, through to Technical, Planning,
Procurement and Transport. By the end of the placement, you’ll have gained valuable skills and knowledge and you will have had the chance to
return to the area of the business that best suits your skills and interest to gain further experience.

What we are looking for
• Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a passion for Agriculture, ideally Poultry
• Currently studying towards a degree in an agri food related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
