How to Apply
As a real estate advisory firm, Gerald Eve engages with clients throughout the entire property cycle, from helping them shape iconic buildings and manage the planning process for them to helping universities and the NHS with their property tax strategies.
Our graduate application process is designed to find the right fit by allowing both students and Gerald Eve to get to know each other better. Students submit CV, cover letter and respond to our tailored questions. They receive an automatic acknowledgement to let them know we have received their application. Successful applicants will be invited to interview with the recruitment team and selected senior stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for us to understand their motivations for a career in real estate and recognise what we can offer. We will contact all candidates to advise the outcome of their application. Held at either our London or Birmingham office, the interview will be a chance for applicants to meet with senior stakeholders in the business.
This interview will assess their suitability and comprise of behavioural and competency-based questions. The assessment day will comprise of an in-person interview and a group task. The group task will be shared with applicants on the day. There is no requirement to prepare any materials beforehand.
The aim of the interview is to test the applicant’s knowledge on real estate and suitability for the Graduate Programme aligned with Gerald Eve’s key values. The group task will aim to assess soft skills, predominately team working, analytical thinking and communication.
Our graduate programme opens each September, with successful applicants starting the following year. Applications for Graduate Programme 2025
open 9 September and close the 25 October 2024.
