Park Wood Stud at Leighterton, near Badminston is owned and managed by Ruth Pitman and her Team, headed up by Stud Manager, Hanni Gossage and Assistant Stud Manager, Daniel Marsden.

Modernised and redeveloped over the last 16 years, the farm has been the site for the breeding and rearing of both Flat and National Hunt racehorses for several generations. The setting is both tranquil and beautiful with the all important benefit of free draining limestone soils to enable year round turnout.

We are looking for some part time help required over the busy foaling and covering season from end of March to mid June.

The position involves morning yard work from 8am to 1pm (with coffee break!) on Tuesdays and Thursdays and every other w/e from 8 am to 11 am. Handling mares and foals if experienced and lots of veterinary work for those interested in the Stud world.
