This is a nearly entirely remote job role (95%+), whereby you will be assisting farmers with inputting their stubble-to-stubble arable rotations onto our
mySoilCapital platform (similar to that of common FMIS systems such as Gatekeeper, MuddyBoots, Omnia etc). This is most commonly done via video call
with the farmer, however, sometimes it will be over the phone or e-mail. You will be liaising with up to 50 farmers and will be given full paid training, with
a specific point of contact in Soil Capital to assist you with queries and deal with administrative tasks. A working knowledge of arable agriculture and basic
computer skills are of great advantage.

Requirements

Have an agricultural background or farm-level experience (farming, agronomy, farm admin)
● Are available part-time from the spring into autumn and winter months (flexible schedule)
● Are detail-oriented and methodical with good data entry skills
● Are comfortable working remotely and independently
● Communicate clearly and professionally. Fluent in English and comfortable discussing farm operations
● Can meet firm deadlines and manage time effectively
