The Role

As the Graduate Operations Supervisor and Projects Lead, you will work closely with the Operations Director to manage the abattoir's daily operations, including slaughtering, processing, packaging, and distribution. You will also lead key initiatives to improve operational efficiency, facilitate business growth, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual with strong leadership and project management skills.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Food Technology, Animal Science or a related field. or related fields such as Livestock or Food Studies, who are keen to develop a career in sales within the meat industry.

• Have attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining operational, safety and quality standards.
