We are an award winning, internationally recognised Living Museum with 50 historic buildings and gardens set in the beautiful South Downs National Park. With extraordinary buildings, fascinating artefacts, glorious surroundings and friendly, dedicated people, the Weald and Downland Living Museum is a unique and rewarding place to work.
We are currently seeking an MSc Programme Administrator to coordinate our two MSc courses in Building Conservation and Timber Building Conservation validated by the University of York.
Reporting to the MSc Senior Lecturer, this is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team delivering the courses to approximately 35-45 students combined.
You will be the administrative lead for the courses including all assessment and regulation processes, acting as the first point of contact for tutor and student enquiries, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the modules throughout the academic year.
You will work collaboratively with external tutors and markers, staff at the Museum and The University of York to provide accurate and timely information and advice, helping to ensure an excellent service delivery and student learning experience.
