Reporting to Head of Group Marketing, you will be a pivotal cog in assisting in the successful positioning of our overall marketing activities. You will work as part of a growing team and gain strong exposure across a wide range of marketing activities, both digital and traditional across numerous industries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting organise external and internal shows & events throughout the Group, including producing stand designs, cost & lead analyses, and event reports.
  • Producing creative graphics, documents, reports and presentations for Marketing & Sales purposes.
  • Working with our internal team & external designers to develop creative, attractive and on-brand point-of-sale material.
  • Assisting Head of Marketing in brand development, management, and compliance throughout the Buitelaar Group, working to integrate our culture into everything that we do and all communications with our audiences.
  • Creating clear, on message written copy to promote our brand in the form of sales materials, blogs, website copy and email marketing.
  • Supporting other marketing team members in on-farm content gathering in the form of general on-farm footage, stills, sound bites, interviews and testimonials.
  • Assisting to deliver our Group recruitment strategy, through implementing advertising & careers email campaigns, organising relevant careers fairs, talks and researching recruitment opportunities.
  • Managing our Marketing store, including POS, merchandise and our shows & event kit, ensuring consistent stock levels.
  • Day-to-day organisation, problem solving & prioritising conflicting needs; handling matters efficiently, proactively and ensuring follow-through on projects is successfully completed, meeting deadline pressures.
  • Other ad hoc projects / duties across various marketing areas as assigned, for the overall benefit of the organisation.
