HorseHage and Mollichaff are two established and trusted brands within the UK equestrian feed market. For over 30 years, our products have supported the health, performance, and wellbeing of horses nationwide.

Both brands are sold exclusively through a nationwide network of independent equestrian retailers and feed merchants. As a result, marketing plays a vital role in building consumer awareness, driving demand, and supporting retailer sell-through.

With a strong heritage and loyal customer base, we continue to invest in brand development, education, and engagement across the equestrian community. We are now looking to strengthen our marketing function to support the continued growth of both brands.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or content-focused role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable using website CMS platforms, email marketing systems, and analytics tools.
• Willingness to attend equestrian events (including occasional weekends).

Desirable

• Knowledge of the equestrian industry or genuine interest in horses.
• Experience supporting event delivery or brand activations.
• Basic understanding of paid media campaigns.
• Photography or video editing skills.

Personal Attributes

• Practical and hands-on approach.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to get stuck in.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment.
