Our rural estate team provides rural property management services for a wide variety of management and general practice clients, including private landowners, trusts, farmers, the public sector and corporate owners throughout the South-East.

Our land management placements provide you with the chance to gain real work experience in the rural property industry in preparation for future graduate roles. During the placement, you will experience a wide range of rural professional work in our busy Land Management team.

The Placement

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well-organised student to join our Land Management team. The Placement will offer an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of rural surveying including:

• Estate management
• Rural consultancy
• Landlord and Tenant related issues
• Valuation and diversification of farm and estate assets
• Advising on legal and tax issues
• Planning and developing land use
• Sales and acquisitions
• General professional advice for rural clients

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate wanting a diverse and stimulating placement with plenty of opportunities to work independently and gain confidence with expert supervision always on hand.
