Do you love property, helping people and have an eye for detail? We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the friendly Whites team.
To be successful in our busy lettings department you will need to be able to be motivated and eager to learn; have an outgoing personality, be well presented and have excellent communication and IT skills. Experience in a busy customer service or administrative role would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Initially your duties will include:
*Being the principal person for answering the telephone
*Dealing with enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords
*Booking valuation and viewing appointments
*Assist in the administration of new and existing lettings
*Using bespoke Estate Agency database to manage the end to end lettings
You will receive on-going training, support and guidance in order to complete the above duties. Candidates who were interested in progression to a Property Manager role would be given training and support and be encouraged to undertake qualifications.
This position is full time working 8.30 am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. Based in our buzzing Salisbury centre offices.
Salary: £20,000-24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
