Lord Rayleigh’s Farms Ltd, a progressive 2800ha arable farming estate based just north of Chelmsford requires capable and self motivated harvest workers who are willing to do plenty of overtime work, to assist in the harvesting of combinable and root crops and carry out cultivation work.

Primary duties are likely to include grain carting with the possibility of root crop carting and secondary cultivation work as well as all aspects of estate work with modern John Deere and New Holland machinery.

A full driving licence must be held for these positions. Tractor and machinery operation experience would be preferred but not essential, training may be provided.

Good rates of pay and on-site accommodation are available.
