Key roles & responsibilities during Placement/Internship:
Punctuality and reliability

Provide ideas and initiatives to drive asset management/future potential of our existing assets
Provide development appraisals for existing and prospective projects
Researching the feasibility of current and potential developments by assessing the local area, reviewing plans, and evaluating existing
developments and planning applications.
Supporting bills of quantities and cost plans
Assisting with budget tracking and procurement
Contractor coordination and site visits
Programme monitoring and reporting
Supporting refurbishment and improvement works
