Thomson Broadbent (TBPC) is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors primarily specialising in compulsory purchase compensation and land consents, negotiating cases on behalf of a home / landowner where the value of their property is affected by infrastructure or public works.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen, due to the growth of the business, for a dynamic Graduate Surveyor to join the Special Projects team. The team are involved in a vast array of matters related to infrastructure and public works, often representing owners of estates or companies who own large housing stock.
Responsibilities will include conducting research, completing on-site inspections, generating estate appraisals and assisting in negotiating settlements. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will be mentored through a training programme and given the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects to complete your APC training to a high standard. The successful individual will also be able to generate their own case load under the supervision of their line manager.
