About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Property Surveyor or early career professional to join our growing team in Nottingham. As one of the regions leading RICS-regulated Auction Houses, we operate across the UK in a fast-paced environment handling commercial, residential and sales across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career within the property sector, gaining exposure across multiple asset types and a variety of public and private clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related property discipline preferred
- Candidates with property industry experience or strong market knowledge will also be considered
- Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to develop professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Commercial awareness and professional approach to client interactions
- Willingness to travel for inspections and viewings where required
