About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Property Surveyor or early career professional to join our growing team in Nottingham. As one of the regions leading RICS-regulated Auction Houses, we operate across the UK in a fast-paced environment handling commercial, residential and sales across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career within the property sector, gaining exposure across multiple asset types and a variety of public and private clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related property discipline preferred
• Candidates with property industry experience or strong market knowledge will also be considered
• Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to develop professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Commercial awareness and professional approach to client interactions
• Willingness to travel for inspections and viewings where required
