As a niche Property Management Company, this position will be suited to a Commercial Property Graduate (RICS accredited degree) who has a passion for Commercial Property, and who wants to develop and focus their surveying career in Property Management, working on fantastic portfolios of properties alongside some amazing professionals in the industry.

Personal Specification

These are the minimum key areas of knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to write concise letters and reports
• Good negotiating and problem solving.
• Ability to maintain one’s own calendar and prioritise inspections, appointments, and workload.
• Excellent organisation and time management, able to meet tight deadlines and respond to urgent requests.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills able to effectively communicate at all levels and operate comfortably as part of a multi skilled team.
• Practical understanding of commercial property and surveying procedures.
• Qualifications:
• RICS accredited degree – essential
