An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor has arisen to assist with the management of the forward-thinking and vibrant Englefield Estate, covering 14,000 acres in Berkshire and Hampshire.

The Role
Reporting to the Rural Estate Surveyor, the successful candidate will be part of the management team involved in the day-to-day running of the Estate.

The position will provide an interesting and varied workload to include landlord and tenant matters, grant and subsidy applications, rural planning, rights of access and compensation, and all aspects of day-to-day property management including property maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals, inspections and tenant liaison.

The Individual

In your final year of studies or having recently graduated from an RICS accredited degree, you will be seeking a challenging and rewarding position providing the varied experience required to work towards your RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. You will also be encouraged to work towards CAAV fellowship. You will have an interest in the management of rural estates, relevant work experience and a desire to become part of a highly dedicated and motivated team.
