We are looking to appoint a Graduate or newly qualified Rural Surveyor to join our busy and expanding team. Ideally based in our Carlisle (North Lakes) office we are able to offer flexibility with regard to our other locations in Durham and Kendal and flexible or hybrid working is encouraged.

The successful applicant will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

 Assisting with the management of Rural Estates, Land and Residential Property portfolios
 Valuations and AMC advice
 Sales and lettings of agricultural, and residential property
 Basic Payment Scheme & Countryside Stewardship grant advice
 Farm business management
 Landlord and Tenant
 Advice on rural planning matters and diversification schemes
 Assisting clients with compensation claims
 General rural practice advice
