An exciting opportunity has arisen for a graduate who is looking to progress their career in the Midlands, to join our friendly team of Surveyors whilst working to complete their APC and CAAV.

As one of the Midland region’s longest established firms of Chartered Surveyors, we offer a diverse range of property services to private, corporate, and institutional clients. Although our history dates back as far as 1806, we are proud to provide a twenty-first Century service very much based on personal contact and specific client need.

What we are looking for
 An individual looking to complete their RICS APC with an interest in taking the CAAV exams in the future or along side
 A good written and verbal communicator
 A keen interest in rural affairs and property
 Full driving licence
 Computer literate
 Well organised and with attention to detail
 Motivated to work alone and as part of a team
