As a result of continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for qualified RICS Rural Practice Chartered Surveyors or Graduate Surveyors to join our existing Rural Professional team in the Welsh Borders.
The positions will allow the successful candidates to grow their professional skills and develop their careers in a dynamic and varied role of professional work to include planning, valuations, agency, management, compensation, BPS, stewardship and future rural payment schemes.
We are looking for driven and motivated individuals who has excellent
communication skills. The successful applicants must be committed and capable of working individually, as well as part of a team, and able to successfully prioritise and manage their own work load. The individuals will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have high awareness for meeting client expectations. MRICS/RICS Registered Valuer/ FAAV qualifications are desirable.
Salary and package are negotiable for the right candidates, with good career
prospects.
