The role

Working alongside Rural colleagues to gain exposure to and learn about all aspects of Rural Surveying including:
 Assisting with professional work such as: valuations, diversification projects, renewable energy schemes, grant sourcing, business plans,
compulsory purchase/utility schemes, landlord and tenant matters, farm and rural estate agency, farmland investment and development schemes
 Assisting in general estate and farm management
 Property management
 Creating and updating reports, inputting agreements, carrying out rent reviews, managing tenants' rents
 In your second year as a graduate, the focus will turn towards the APC process to become MRICS qualified. We encourage you to attend seminars,
practice interviews, development planning and individual coaching sessions led by experienced inhouse APC assessors.
