Overview of Role
We seeking to expand our team and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Rural Surveyor to join us with full support through the APC process being provided.

Undertaking all aspects of rural surveying including: Property and Land Management, Renewables, Natural Capital, Valuation as well as compensation and compulsory purchase work for landowners in relation to infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will get the full range of experience and support required to complete the APC.

Responsibilities
Working with a wide range of mostly private clients on a variety of rural work including:
-Estate management
-Selling and letting of rural properties
-Undertaking rural property valuations
-Renewables
-Natural capital
-Compensation and compulsory purchase work for landowners
